Through this portal, you can request a preliminary medical consultation via telemedicine or in person with one of our specialists.
Who are we?
Allianz Value, the non-insurance service company of the Allianz Group, wholly owned by Allianz S.p.A., specializes in promoting and providing healthcare solutions that facilitate access to treatment, home care, and prevention services. In collaboration with Cliniche Doneddu (located 5 km from Porto Cervo), a trusted partner of Allianz Value, they are known for the excellence of their healthcare services and attention to patients’ needs. This collaboration allows us to offer a complete range of healthcare and assistance services, ensuring high standards and dedicated support to our clients.
Presentation of services
The services offered are exclusively reserved for Allianz Value service cardholders and will allow them to receive medical services during the summer period and in case of urgencies, at favorable economic conditions, along with a dedicated concierge service for the main medical specialties:
Dentistry, Orthopedics, Dermatology, Gynecology, Reconstructive Medicine (e.g. burns), Radiology, Maxillofacial, Chiropractic, Neurology, Posturology, Cardiology, and Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, in addition to a first-response general medicine service, also available at home (e.g. suturing, intramuscular injection therapy, intravenous injection therapy, ear lavage).
Furthermore, diagnostic tests will be provided, such as musculoskeletal ultrasound, abdominal ultrasound, magnetic resonance imaging, intraoral X-ray, orthopantomography, echocardiogram, and electrocardiogram.
The services will also be available through Telemedicine, thus facilitating immediate access to care from any location with internet coverage.
During their stay at the clinic and throughout the entire process, the customer will have a dedicated hostess available (including in English) to avoid further steps at the reception. The customer can arrange with the clinic a transfer service “to and from” Porto Cervo, which will allow reaching the facility even if they do not have their own means of transportation. Additionally, for certain types of injuries, they can also benefit from a first-response home care service without having to leave their accommodation.
Service Activation Procedure
(It will be essential to provide the card number)
• Via WEB (recommended method) using the link on this page that will take you directly to the form to be filled out. The form represents an entry form that Cliniche Doneddu will use to expedite the acceptance procedures.
• Through button 6 of the number +39 0789 840035, an internal line dedicated to Allianz Value clients, a procedure always active for updates, issues, and reports.
• By going directly to the Cliniche Doneddu Multispecialty Clinics, facility where the reception staff, who also speaks English, will activate all necessary procedures.
Dedicated Telemedicine
To allow a more targeted triage and prepare for better access to the clinic, it will be possible to carry out a teleconsultation through the use of the clinic’s portal:
– By accessing the dedicated section of the Cliniche Doneddu portal, it will be possible to fill out a form to request a consultation; the client will receive confirmation via email.
– A specialist clinician will assess the request and determine its urgency.
– You will receive a message with the scheduled time for the video consultation and a link to access the call.
– In case of urgency, you will be contacted quickly for an immediate consultation.
– During the consultation, the doctor, through detailed questions about the identified problem and possibly by viewing the injured area via video (if necessary, the doctor may request further images or videos), will provide a preliminary diagnosis and recommendations for initial treatment.
– If the doctor prescribes medication, a prescription will be sent along with any instructions on how to manage the injury.
– You may receive an appointment for a follow-up consultation for recovery monitoring (in this case, you will receive a link with the consultation time).
Feedback and Support
Feedback: After the consultation, you may receive a request for feedback on the service received. Fill out the questionnaire to help improve the service.

Data Security: All communications through the telemedicine service are protected to ensure your privacy.
